Youth Development Specialist - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Milton Hershey School is hiring married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents in on-campus student homes, with relocation to Hershey, PA. The role involves supervising 8–13 students, providing daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in development and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. The work schedule begins with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with an eventual transition to a placed houseparent role living and working with the same group of students.
