Job Summary
Two-person, married-couple role for On-campus Youth Development with Flex Houseparents. Provide supervision, mentorship, medication administration, and daily routines for a group of 8–13 students; drive to activities; plan developmental and recreational activities; lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel; oversee budgeting and household reporting. Start with a nine-on, three-off schedule, then transition to a Placed Houseparent in the same student home. Salary listed per person, relocation assistance provided, plus comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs
- Comfort leading students in daily devotions and accompanying them to Judeo-Christian Sunday Chapel services (proselytizing prohibited)
- For consideration, both spouses must complete individual employment applications
Additional Requirements
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol permitted while on duty
- Pet limitations: only fish and one dog of approved breeds allowed
