Job Summary
Two-person married couple will reside in on-campus student homes to supervise and mentor 8–13 students, provide care, administer medications, drive students to activities, plan and engage in developmental and recreational activities, lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and oversee budgeting and household reporting. Initially a nine-days-on, three-days-off schedule across varying student homes, the role will transition to a Placed Houseparent living with the same group of students. The package includes relocation assistance, comprehensive benefits, and paid training.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- Two-person role for married couple
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs
- Commitment to smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol on duty
- Proselytizing prohibited
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- Complete individual employment applications for both spouses
