Job Summary
Two-person married-couple role for Full-time Flex Houseparents living on Milton Hershey School campus to oversee a group of 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental/recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, and transitioning from nine-on/three-off shift to a placed houseparent arrangement. Requires relocation to Hershey area; benefits include base salary per person (~$46,917) with total compensation around $180,000 per couple, relocation assistance, comprehensive benefits, and paid training. Qualifications include experience with youth, two-year married status for both spouses, minimum age, valid driver’s license and ability to drive student vans, high school diploma or GED, and ability to meet on-campus housing expectations and safety policies.
Required Qualifications

- Experience working or volunteering with youth
