Job Summary
Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparents reside in on-campus student homes, providing daily supervision, mentorship, and support for a group of about 8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervising routines, administering medications, driving and planning developmental activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting, and reporting. Role starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a placed Houseparent living with the same students. Includes relocation assistance, comprehensive benefits, and housing/meals on duty. Requires a high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and a commitment to a smoke-free, weapon-free campus. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Valid U.S. driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol on duty
- Demonstrated integrity and professionalism; role modeling for students
- Ability to live on-campus in student homes
