Job Summary
Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparent position at Milton Hershey School: couples reside in on-campus student homes to provide supervision, mentorship, and care for 8–13 students, including administering medications, driving students to activities, planning development and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and handling budgeting and household reporting. Initial nine-days-on, three-days-off schedule with eventual transition to a placed houseparent in a student home; relocation to Rankin, PA required. Must be legally married for at least two years, both spouses age 27 or older, and able to work together in a two-person role with comprehensive benefits and relocation assistance. Education requirement is a high school diploma or GED; valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to certify to drive student home vans; ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Salary: $44,768 per person (approx. $168,000 total per couple) plus benefits.
