Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents (two-person, married couple) live in on-campus student homes guiding 8–13 youths, providing supervision, mentorship, and daily routines; responsibilities include administering medications, transporting students to activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and reporting, and transitioning to a Placed Houseparent in a consistent student-home setup. Requires a legally married couple for at least two years, both spouses aged 27+, high school diploma or GED, valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and willingness to relocate to Hershey, PA with relocation assistance provided. Required Qualifications
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
