Job Summary
Youth Development Specialist role for married couples serving as Full-time Flex Houseparents on a campus in Hershey, PA (relocation required). Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring 8–13 students per home, administering medications, driving to activities, planning developmental/recreational activities, leading daily devotions and chapel, budgeting, and household reporting. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off; later transition to a placed houseparent role living with the same group of students. Requires two-person, legally married couple (both spouses age 27+), High school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and adherence to campus policies. Benefits include salary per person of $44,768 plus comprehensive benefits and relocation assistance; on-site housing and meals while on duty are included.
