Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents (two-person married couple) reside in on-campus student homes, provide daily supervision, mentorship, and guidance for 8–13 students, manage household routines and medications, transport students to activities, lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, oversee budgeting, and report on household operations. They work a nine-on, three-off cycle initially, then transition to a placed houseparent role living and working with the same student group. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and commit to a smoke-free, weapon-free campus with strict behavioral expectations. Required Qualifications

- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
