Job Summary
Youth Development Specialist for Milton Hershey School (two-person Full-time Flex Houseparent role). Married couples reside in on-campus student homes with 8–13 students, providing daily supervision, mentorship, and support. Responsibilities include supervising routines, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental/recreational activities, leading daily devotions and chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off; later transition to a placed houseparent role living with the same group of students. Required Qualifications
