Job Summary
Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparent role on Milton Hershey School's campus in Hershey, PA. Couples reside in on-campus student homes, provide care, supervision, mentorship, and support for 8–13 students, manage household routines, administer medications, drive students to activities, plan and engage in developmental activities, lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, oversee budgeting and reporting, with a nine-on / three-off schedule transitioning to a placed houseparent living with the same group. Includes relocation assistance and comprehensive benefits. Requires a legally married couple for at least two years, both spouses age 27+, high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and adherence to campus safety policies.
Required Qualifications

- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
