Job Summary
Two-person, full-time Flex Houseparent role at Milton Hershey School. Couples reside in on-campus student homes, providing daily supervision, mentorship, and family-like structure for 8–13 students. Responsibilities include managing household routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting and reporting, and transitioning from nine-on/three-off duty to a placed houseparent in a single student home. Must be legally married for at least two years, both spouses aged 27 or older, and able to obtain driver certification to operate student home vans.
