Job Summary
Youth Development Specialist roles for married couples; two-person, full-time Flex Houseparents live on campus in on-site student homes and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for about 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and reporting, and transitioning to a Placed Houseparent role with a consistent student home.
