Job Summary
Two-person, full-time Flex Houseparents position on Milton Hershey School’s on-campus homes. Couples reside in student homes to provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for ~8–13 students, including daily supervision, mentorship, managing routines and schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental/recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a Placed Houseparent living with the same group of students. Benefits include relocation assistance, comprehensive benefits, paid training, and a total compensation around $168,000 per couple. Requirements: high school diploma or GED, valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, two-year marriage minimum, both spouses age 27+, commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; completion of individual applications for consideration.
