Job Summary
Two-person, married-couple full-time Flex Houseparents live on an on-campus student home in a residential program, supervising and mentoring 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting and providing household reporting. Schedule begins with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, then transition to a placed houseparent living with the same group. Benefits include a per-person salary of $46,917 (approx. $180k total per couple with housing and meals), relocation assistance, comprehensive insurance, retirement options, and paid time off. Qualifications require high school diploma or GED, two-year married-spouse requirement, both spouses age 27+, up to three dependent children, valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and comfort leading religious activities; consummate integrity and professionalism expected.
