Job Summary
Two-person, full-time Flex Houseparent role based on an on-campus student-home setting, providing supervision, mentorship, daily routines, medication administration, transportation to activities, and leadership of daily devotions and Sunday Chapel for a group of approximately 8–13 students; initial nine-on/three-off duty cycle with eventual placement in a stable student-home assignment, including budgeting oversight and home reporting; relocation to Hershey, PA required with on-campus housing and comprehensive benefits.
