Youth Development Specialist - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Full-time Flex Houseparents (married couple) will reside on Milton Hershey School campus in Hershey, PA, to supervise and mentor a group of approximately 8–13 students, manage household routines, administer medications, transport students to activities, and plan developmental/recreational experiences. They lead daily devotions and accompany students to Sunday Chapel, oversee budgeting and reporting, and follow a nine-days-on/three-days-off schedule before transitioning to a Placed Houseparent role living with the same student group. Both spouses must be age 27 or older, be legally married for at least two years, and complete individual employment applications. Relocation assistance and paid training are provided.
