Job Summary
Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparents role at Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA to reside in on-campus student homes and supervise 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and leading developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Chapel attendance, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, and transitioning from Flex Houseparents to Placed Houseparents. Requires relocation to Hershey, PA, a valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, compliance with campus rules, and a two-spouse married partnership with both spouses applying. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-spouse requirement for the role
- Legal marriage for at least two years
