Youth Development Specialist - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Youth Development Specialist (two-person, married couple) at Milton Hershey School to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents in on-campus student homes. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring approximately 8–13 students per home, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and leading developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Chapel attendance, budgeting and household reporting. The role begins with a nine-on / three-off schedule across multiple homes and eventually transitions to a Placed Houseparent role with the same group of students.
