Youth Development Specialist - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Provide daily supervision, mentorship, and household management for 8–13 students in on-campus Flex House. Administer medications, drive students to activities, lead devotions, and plan recreational engagements. Manage household budgets and reporting while adhering to a nine-on, three-off rotation. Transition to a Placed Houseparent role with a specific student group after initial support. Requires a valid U.S. driver's license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and commitment to a smoke-free, weapon-free campus. Both spouses must be married for at least two years, age 27 or older, and hold a high school diploma or GED.
