Job Summary
Two-person full-time Flex Houseparents reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, mentorship, supervision, and support for a group of approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and chapel attendance, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. The role involves a nine-on, three-off duty cycle during the initial phase, with a transition to a placed houseparent living with the same group of students. Benefits include salary per person with comprehensive benefits and relocation assistance. For consideration, both spouses must complete individual employment applications and meet age and family-mocation requirements.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Two spouses must be legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
