Youth Development Specialist - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Youth-focused, two-person on-campus role as Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School. Couples reside in student homes, provide daily supervision, mentorship, and care for a group of 8–13 students, manage household routines and student schedules, administer medications, drive students to activities, plan and participate in developmental/recreational activities, and lead daily devotions and Chapel visits. The position begins with a nine-days-on, three-days-off cycle and can transition into a Placed Houseparent role living with the same student group.
