Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents live on campus in student homes, serving as a two-person married couple to supervise, mentor, and support 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision, managing routines and schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. The role initially follows a nine-on, three-off duty schedule and progresses to a Placed Houseparent living with the same group of students. Relocation assistance and paid training are provided, with comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid U.S. driver's license
- Ability to be certified to drive student home vans
- Legally married for at least two years (two-person role)
- Both spouses age 27 or older
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus
- No alcohol on duty
- Demonstrated integrity and professionalism
