Youth Development Specialist - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Full-time Flex Houseparents reside on-campus in a student home and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications and ensuring student wellness, driving students to activities and planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. The role begins with a nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a Placed Houseparent who lives and works with the same group of students in their own student home. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, a valid U.S. driver’s license with certification to drive student home vans, and a commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus.
