Job Summary
Full-time two-person Flex Houseparent team on-campus to supervise 8–13 students in a home, providing daily supervision, mentorship, and guidance; manage household routines and student schedules; administer medications; drive students to activities; plan and engage in developmental and recreational activities; lead daily devotions and attend Sunday Chapel; oversee budgeting and household reporting; initial nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a Placed Houseparent living and working with the same student group in their own home. Includes relocation assistance, paid training, comprehensive benefits, and housing/meal support.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol while on duty
