Job Summary
Youth Development Specialist for a two-person, full-time Flex Houseparent role on a college-prep campus. Partners reside in on-campus student homes, supervise and mentor 8–13 students, manage routines and schedules, administer medications, drive students to activities, lead daily devotions, and oversee budgeting and reporting. Initially 9 days on / 3 days off with eventual transition to a placed houseparent within a single student home. Includes relocation to Hershey, PA, with on-campus housing, medical/dental/vision benefits, and paid training. Requires a high school diploma or GED, two years of marriage, both spouses aged 27+, valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and commitment to a smoke-free/weapon-free campus. Relocation assistance provided.
Required Qualifications

- Two spouses who are legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs
- Valid U.S. driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
