Job Summary
Two-person, married-couple Full-time Flex Houseparents live on Milton Hershey School’s campus in Littlefield, TX, and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring students, managing household routines and schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and reporting, and transitioning from a nine-on/three-off schedule to a placed-houseparent arrangement. The roles emphasize on-campus residency, family-like household leadership, developmental and recreational programming, and adherence to campus conduct and safety policies. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older

- Demonstrated integrity and professionalism
