Job Summary
Two-person married-couple Full-time Flex Houseparents live on-campus in student homes and provide care, supervision, and guidance for a group of 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and chapel participation, overseeing budgeting and reporting, and transitioning to a placed houseparent role. The role requires a commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus, ability to lift 50 lbs, and meeting two-year-married-spouse eligibility; relocation assistance is provided.
