Job Summary
Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparents (married couple) reside in on-campus student homes, providing care, guidance, supervision, and development activities for a group of ~8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision, mentoring, managing routines, administering medications, driving to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and chapel, budgeting and reporting, and transitioning from nine-days-on/three-days-off to a placed houseparent role living with the same student group. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED or equivalent
- Two-person role for legally married couples

- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Demonstrated integrity and professionalism
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol on duty
