Youth Development Specialist - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparents needed at Milton Hershey School to live in on-campus homes and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting. Schedule begins with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off; later transition to a Placed Houseparent living with the same student home. Benefits include salary per person ($44,768), comprehensive health benefits, relocation assistance, paid training, and PTO. Qualifications include youth experience, high school diploma or GED, two years of married status for both spouses, minimum age 27, driver’s license with ability to become certified to drive student vans, ability to lift 50 lbs, and adherence to campus policies (smoke-free, weapon-free, no alcohol on duty).
