Youth Development Specialist - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person full-time Flex Houseparent role at Milton Hershey School on campus in Riverside County, CA, transitioning to a Placed Houseparent role in the same student home. Couples reside in on-campus homes and provide daily supervision, mentorship, and support for a group of approximately 813 students, including managing household routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with relocation to the Hershey, PA area supported.
