Job Summary
Two-person married couple Full-time Flex Houseparents living on campus at Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA to supervise and mentor a group of approximately 8–13 students, manage household routines, administer medications, drive to activities, plan and engage in developmental and recreational activities, lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, oversee budgeting and reporting, with a nine-on, three-off duty cycle transitioning to a placed houseparent.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-person couple must be legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfort leading daily devotions and Judeo-Christian Chapel services
