Job Summary
Two-person, full-time Flex Houseparent role on campus to supervise and mentor 8–13 students, manage household routines, administer medications, drive students to activities, plan and engage in developmental and recreational activities, and lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel. Initially support multiple student homes on a 9-on/3-off schedule, with eventual placement in a single student home. Includes relocation to Hershey, PA, and comprehensive benefits (housing, meals, health/dental/vision, retirement, PTO) plus relocation assistance. Requires married couple living on-site, with both spouses completing individual applications.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-spouse employment application required
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol on duty
- Proven integrity and professionalism
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Age 27 or older for both spouses
- No more than three dependent children in home
- Comfort leading daily devotions and chapels
