Job Summary
Two-person, full-time Flex Houseparents (a married couple) will reside on Milton Hershey School grounds to care for a group of approximately 8–13 students in an on-campus student home. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring students, managing household routines and schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. The role begins with a nine-on, three-off cycle and may transition to a Placed Houseparent assignment living with the same student group. Requires experience with youth, a high school diploma or GED, a valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to drive student vans, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a commitment to a smoke-free, weapon-free campus with no alcohol on duty. Must be legally married for at least two years, both spouses age 27 or older, and able to relocate to Hershey, PA; relocation assistance and paid training provided. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED

- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- Two-spouse married for at least two years
- Demonstrated integrity and professionalism
