Youth Development Specialist - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Full-time Flex Houseparents needed at Milton Hershey School to reside on-campus in Hershey, PA and supervise a group of approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. The role begins with a nine-on, three-off schedule across multiple homes and eventually transitions to a placed houseparent role with the same students. Relocation assistance and comprehensive benefits are provided; on-campus housing and meals while on duty are included. This is a two-person, married-couple position requiring a high school diploma or GED, two years of marriage, and both spouses aged 27 or older.
