Job Summary
Flex Houseparents (two-person, married couple) reside in on-campus student homes to provide care, supervision, and guidance to a group of 8–13 students, including daily supervision, scheduling, medication administration, transportation, and organized activities. Responsibilities include budgeting and reporting, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and supporting student housing before transitioning to a Placed Houseparent role in the same student home. Relocation assistance and paid training are provided; salary is $46,917 per person (approx. $180,000 total per couple) with comprehensive benefits and housing. Requires two-year married status, age 27+, high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license and ability to drive student vans, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs; the role is full-time with a nine-days-on, three-days-off schedule. For consideration, both spouses must complete individual employment applications.

- Become certified to drive student home vans
