Youth Development Specialist - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Milton Hershey School seeks married couples for a full-time Flex Houseparents role. Couples reside in on-campus student homes, provide daily supervision, mentorship, and care for a group of 8–13 students, manage household routines, administer medications, drive students to activities, lead daily devotions and chapel outings, and oversee budgeting and reporting. The position starts with a nine-days-on, three-days-off cycle and eventually transitions to a placed houseparent role living with the same student group.
