Job Summary
Two-person married couple to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents in on-campus student homes, providing care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, and transitioning from nine consecutive days on duty with three days off to a placed houseparent role living with the same group of students. Qualifications include experience with youth, a two-spouse commitment, both spouses 27+, no more than three dependent children, smoke-free and weapon-free campus, valid driver’s license, ability to drive student vans, and high school diploma or GED.
