Job Summary
Youth Development Specialist - Full-time Flex Houseparents needed for Milton Hershey School. A two-person married couple will reside in on-campus student homes to provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for about 8–13 students, with duties including supervision, scheduling, administering medications, transporting students to activities, leading daily devotions, budgeting and reporting, and transitioning to a placed houseparent role. This position includes relocation assistance, paid training, and comprehensive benefits; employment is full-time and located on campus in Hershey, PA.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Two-spouse both must complete individual applications for consideration
- Age 27 or older for both spouses
- No more than three dependent children in home
- Commitment to smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol on duty
- Comfort leading daily devotions and Judeo-Christian chapel services
