Youth Development Specialist - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Full-time Flex Houseparents for Milton Hershey School, a two-person married couple living in on-campus student homes to supervise and mentor approximately 813 students, provide care, guidance, supervision, and support. Responsibilities include daily supervision, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and actively engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and accompanying students to Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. Initially support multiple student homes on a nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off; later transition to a Placed Houseparent living and working with the same group of students in their own student home.
