Job Summary
Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparent role living in on-campus student homes, providing care, supervision, mentorship, and support for 8–13 students; responsibilities include supervising daily routines, administering medications, driving and coordinating activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting, and transitioning to a Placed Houseparent with a nine-days-on/three-days-off cycle.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-year marriage requirement for both spouses
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol permitted while on duty
