Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents reside on-campus in student homes, provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for approx. 8–13 students, manage household routines and student schedules, administer medications, drive to activities, lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and oversee budgeting and household reporting. The role initially supports various student homes on a nine-days-on, three-days-off schedule before transitioning to a Placed Houseparent living with the same group of students. Requires a legally married couple for at least two years, both spouses aged 27+, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs; benefits include relocation assistance, paid training, and comprehensive insurance and retirement options.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver's license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfort leading students in daily devotions and Sunday Chapel services
- Demonstrated integrity and professionalism
