Youth Development Specialist - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Milton Hershey School seeks married couples for Full-time Flex Houseparents to reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for groups of approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision, mentoring, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and leading developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. Initially, schedules are nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement as a Houseparent living in a dedicated student home. The role requires both spouses to apply individually, relocation to Hershey, PA, and a commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus with valid driver’s licenses and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
