Youth Development Specialist - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Youth Development Specialist role for a two-person married couple serving as Full-time Flex Houseparents on a on-campus student-housing team. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring 8–13 students per home, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications and ensuring student wellness, driving students to activities, planning and leading developmental and recreational activities, and facilitating daily devotions and Sunday Chapel. The position begins with a nine-days-on, three-days-off cycle and includes a transition to a Placed Houseparent assignment living with the same group of students.
