Job Summary
Two-person, full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School on-campus in Hershey, PA. Couples reside in student homes, supervise and mentor 8–13 students, manage household routines, administer medications, drive to activities, lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, oversee budgeting and reporting, and transition to a Placed Houseparent role with the same group of students. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off; relocation assistance provided and benefits included. Requires marriage for at least two years, both spouses aged 27+, HS diploma/GED, and ability to lift 50 lbs; valid driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student vans.
Required Qualifications

- Couples must be legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Willingness to certify to drive student home vans
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
