Two-person, full-time Flex Houseparent roles on a campus housing program for ~813 students; couples reside in student homes, supervise and mentor youth, manage routines, administer medications, drive students to activities, lead devotions and chapel attendance, oversee budgeting and reporting; initial nine-on/three-off schedule transitioning to the same home placement; relocation to Hershey, PA with on-campus housing and benefits.
