Job Summary
Two-person Full-Time Flex Houseparents (married couple) reside in on-campus student homes to supervise and mentor 8–13 students, manage household routines, administer medications, transport to activities, plan and engage in developmental and recreational activities, lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, oversee budgeting and housing reporting, and transition to a placed houseparent role with a nine-days-on / three-days-off schedule. Requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and a commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; relocation assistance is provided.
