Job Summary
Youth Development Specialist role for married couples as Full-time Flex Houseparents on a Milton Hershey School campus. Two-person, on-site position residing in student homes to provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for groups of 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision, mentorship, managing routines and schedules, administering medications, transporting students to activities, leading daily devotions and Chapel attendance, budgeting, and reporting. The role begins with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement in a single student home.
