Job Summary
Two-person, full-time Flex Houseparent roles for married couples living on-campus to care for a group of approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. Schedule begins with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement in a single student home. Requires high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and compliance with campus safety policies; couples must complete individual applications to be considered and relocation is provided.
