Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents (two-person married couple team) reside in on-campus student homes at Milton Hershey School to supervise and mentor 8–13 students, manage household routines, administer medications, drive and plan activities, lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, oversee budgeting and reporting, and transition to a placed houseparent role. Requires experience with youth, a high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and willingness to relocate to Hershey, PA with relocation assistance; couples must be legally married for at least two years and both spouses must be 27 or older. Paid training and comprehensive benefits included.
